In collaboration with Alchemy, Bandito created the VFX and Design for the award winning 'Space Descent with Tim Peake', a VR experience at the London Science Museum. Tim Peake takes audiences on a virtual reality mission that puts you in the pilot’s seat of a Soyuz capsule — just like the one that brought him home - retracing the 400km journey that brought him back from

PROCESS
By shooting motion capture footage, we were able to recreate an astronauts motions in 3D.
SCREEN GRAPHICS
Designs were loosely based on the monitors found in the Russian Soyuz spacecraft. We wanted to add a touch of realism to the experience, but combine this with explainer style graphics to assist Tim Peakes voiceover.
